Meet Leah Joy Conway, Director of PHX Beauty and Master Stylist.

For as long as Leah can remember makeup had a special place in her heart. In fact, her earliest memories involve covert missions, sneaking out of her bedroom under the cover of darkness to raid her mom's makeup stash. She may have been busted a couple of times, but her mom's reaction was always priceless, "I can't scold you when your eyeliner game is stronger than mine!"

 

Fast forward to the tender age of 13, where our protagonist, decides to take a detour from the typical school musical audition. Instead, she tried out for the role of chief makeup artist. It was Leah's inaugural adventure into crafting unique makeup looks for each character, a journey she repeated over three shows. And just like that, she was hooked! Before she knew it, Leah had transformed from a makeup enthusiast into a full-fledged professional makeup artist.

 

Over the past three decades, Leah has honed her makeup magic, and her mission is clear - to make her clients look and feel their absolute best! She's partnered with heavyweight makeup brands like NARS and the esteemed Estée Lauder Group (Estée Lauder, Bobbi Brown, Clinique, MAC, La Mer, Tom Ford Beauty, Smashbox, Bumble and Bumble, Darphin, Lab Series, Aveda, Dr. Jart, GlamGlow, Jo Malone London, Le Labo, Origins, Too Faced, and Kilian). Over the past decade, Leah's promoted these brands at Sephora and the Beauty Boutique, at the same time becoming an encyclopedia of makeup products, skincare, and haircare.
